Default Former TNA Knockout Daffney Involved in Car Accident

Former Knockout Shannon Spruill, who worked for TNA as Daffney was apparently in a car accident on monday night. She posted the following on here personal facebook page (and yes, it IS her page, she has verified it.)

    PLEASE READ...
Monday night I was in a car accident. I was driving along I-4 and I hydroplaned at 70 mph, went off the road, and my car flipped. I landed upside-down in 3 feet of water. I was able to climb out of the passenger side and waded to safety. Luckily someone saw and stopped to help. It took 2 1/2 hours to tow my car out as it was wedged deep in the ditch in the woods.
Thank God I had my seatbelt on. If I hadn't I'm sure my injuries would have been much worse...if not fatal. I want to emphasize to all my Daffanatics to please remember to buckle up.
I cannot explain the feeling I had when I realized what had happened. When I saw my totaled car the next day at the junkyard it really hit me. I'm so grateful to be alive. Now, I'm just trying to pick up the pieces and get things back to normal.
I lost a lot of things that night. As I landed in so much water - my phone, ipod, video camera (with all the bonus footage for Shine 2), some clothing, and some other things were destroyed. They are all material objects and can be replaced, however it is going to cost a pretty penny.
I will be auctioning off quite a few items in the near future to try and make up for this loss, so please check out ebay in case you see something you like and want to bid.
Thanks for letting me share this unfortunate incident with you guys, and thanks in advance for the love and support.

Live LOUD (but be careful driving in the rain)
    Daff

Anyone who wishes well for her can either find her on FB and send her a message or can tweet her @ScreamQueenDaff. Just... don't mention TNA. As far as I know, she's still fighting them in a lawsuit

There are a lot of car accidents because of drunk driving. States are cracking down on drunk driving. DUI and DWI laws across the nation are becoming stricter and being enforced with greater diligence.

Most states have implied consent laws which means that you must comply with a test or face fines and/or license suspension.

I dont think there is any suggestion that Daffney was drunk here. Hence her warning about driving in the rain.

DUI charges mean the arresting officer has reason to believe the driver is too impaired to continue to drive. In some jurisdictions, drivers can be charged with impaired driving (or driving under the influence) even if they do not meet the blood alcohol concentration levels for legal intoxication. Most people were convicted just like the sentencing of Edward butler in the DUI death of Tamiko Karminaga and injury of Jorge Maresch took place this week. Butler has been sentenced to serve 2 years and 2 months in jail plus six months of supervised probation for an accident in which he hit the victim’s car killing her, and injuring her son, while driving drunk. His alcohol level was almost three times the legal limit.

Thank god she is alive. It would have been a dark sad day if the opposite was true.
If we can't protect Pro Wrestling, you can be damned well sure we'll avenge it!
