I'm down for match types on my own accord. So do we just submit the card or winner/loser too?
We can do our own match types if everyone else is up for it. My thought was that if you have the best show, you get to pick to put whatever title you want on whatever person/team that you want. 2nd place would choose from the remaining titles/people & teams. My thoughts call for 6 titles, World Heavyweight, Intercontinental, World Tag Team, Cruiserweight, United States and Junior Tag Team. So, if your show is the best, then you could choose any two (or 3 or 4) wrestlers from any roster to fight for the World Championship (or teams for tag titles). For example you could make a match of the Undertaker, Samoa Joe and Road Warrior Animal for the World Heavyweight title. Whoever was second, would have to choose from what's left over. If it's me, I could take the Steve Austin and Brian Pillman, but them back together as the Suicide Blondes and have them face America's Most Wanted for the World Tag Titles. Everyone would get their title match for the PPV. Then, for instance there are some exceptions. In January, we'll hold the Royal Rumble and we each make a title match, then we each pick 5 wrestlers to enter into the Rumble. I'll randomly generate a winner, and for Wrestlemania, the Rumble winner will face the champion.

Yes, put the match, any stipulation if you would like one, and the winner. For example, you could submit something like this:
Power & Glory over The Naturals in a Tag Team Tables Match
Or
Dino Bravo over Bully Ray in a Regular Singles Match
ok i understand....i think, lol
I think it will be more clear as we go. The main thing now is to use your roster to create a wrestling card, you chose the stipulation and the winner and when everyone has submitted their card, we'll start our rankings. You will rank the other 5 shows, not counting your own. Rank them based on which show you would most like to attend, with 1 being the best and 5 being the worst. We can submit these to me privately or on the card post. One the rankings are completed, we'll work on the next step.
I've got something big planned for the main event, its a little something I like to call: The Warzone
I'll have the full details along with the full card later
Those who live without honor, end without honor.
I've added a new post that is titled Best Booker - November. I would say get them in before the end of the month. I'm guessing based on the interest, we should be able to get them all posted well before that though.
Ok so are we choosing our own matches or are we using those rules you posted a page back? I prefer to choose use our rosters in our own way personally.
Yes, create your own matches
Cool beans.
This is fun. Thanks for setting this up Weasel. Bit busy at the moment but I should post my card in the next couple of days.
i was going to do a weekly card with breef entro of story lines.
Couple more questions...
Are we going to be sticking with these rosters after show 1 or will we be drafting again next month?
And how does the titles thing work? Whats the benefit of having the World Title or the Tag Team Titles having when we can just make up our own titles?
I thought the PPV titles would just be something entertaining for us to do at the end of each month. I thought it would be interesting to see who end up being our champions and it would be fun to follow.
As for the roster, I think the best idea to do is a partial redraft. Each person must throwback 4 Singles (people drafted as singles wrestlers) and 2 Tag Teams (drafted as teams) and we'll do a redraft of those people, so it won't be complete roster turnover, but at least some.
so do we have our own draft titles, as in our own roster titles for our own drafts
If you want to make titles for your own show, that is fine, but not required. I just had a TLC match, for Title Belts, but didn't really describe what the belts were.
i made one for my show but will take a promotion belt if i win it.
4 is nearly half the roster in fact its half - 1 way too much. 3 should be the max thats a 3rd. i also think that it would be benifitual to allow shows to take place during the draft so you can use a wrestler you sent to the draft pool if he hasnt been picked before the posting of your card.
I agree that 3 is probably better than 4. We will also do 1 tag team to be sent back as well. That will be a total of 5 out of 20 wrestlers that will turnover each month. I don't know that I like the idea of have free agent wrestlers being available. There may be something that we can work out to have some "Free Agent" wrestlers that are available for any show that could make things more interesting.

I was thinking about taking the top ranked undrafted wrestlers, say 12 of them and the top 6 undrafted tag teams. Then, we can add them to the draft pool. So, add those 12 and 6 to the 12 wrestlers (2 from 6 different contestants) and 6 tag teams(1 from each contestant). That would give us a free agent pool of 24 wrestlers, and 12 tag teams to draft from. Undrafted wrestlers and teams would be available to be used on any card for that month, and will be available for the next draft. If a wrestler or team goes undrafted for 2 months, they will be removed and replaced by the next wrestler/team on the list. The list of 12 and 6 for the first month would look like this. Rick Martel, Shane Douglas, Kevin Sullivan, Mike Quackenbush, El Zorro, Cibernetico, Dino Bravo, Monty Brown, The Maestro, The Messiah & Chance Prophet. Tag teams would be Power & Glory, Papparazzi, Inc., Brain Busters, Evolution (Kaz & Nova), The Naturals & Generation Next.
They would join the wrestlers that we throw back for the next available draft pool. Let's say that Rick Martel for example, doesn't get drafted in the redraft, and then next month he doesn't get drafted either. He would be removed from the draft pool and replaced by the next wrestler in the original rankings, in this case it would be Dean Ambrose.
i like that idea.
sounds good

Interesting, looks like a good plan

Was I the only one who had Kota Ibushi on his list?
