I thought Wes would be closely associated to the Hogan than Angle. After all it was Jack and Jerry Brisco who introduced Hulk Hogan to pro wrestling.

Wes Brisco becomes the first man to win his gutcheck match utilizing a version of the Ranhei (might recognize it better as Kofi's SOS)
Those who live without honor, end without honor.
The King of Sleaze and his insurance policy are now focusing on the tag team titles
Those who live without honor, end without honor.
He does have some of that famous Brisco mat skills he looked good, but it's hard to say as he was in there with Garrett.
They put over Garrett as more experience, true as far as TNA goes, but Wes has more experience overall competing since 2009.
I've only seen a little bit of Wes in other promotions, so I can't really give a full analysis yet
Those who live without honor, end without honor.
Sam Shaw with an impressive top rope leg drop he calls Breaking Point over Alex Silva (Silva seemed much more cocky and arrogant than he was before in Gutcheck)
Both men have improved vastly in their time in OVW, under Al Snow & Doug Williams
Those who live without honor, end without honor.
Christian York bit off more than he could chew when he called out the World Champion
He almost beat Hardy with Jeff's own Twist of Fate
After the match Roode attacked and made it known he was taking back his title (and much like Aries held up the real title belt, not caring about Jeff's ugly custom title)
Those who live without honor, end without honor.
Taeler Hendrix put on a good match with the champ even hitting her spinning heel kick finish she calls Kiss Goodnight, but wasn't able to beat the champ on this night
Those who live without honor, end without honor.
This year's turkey is Mr. Pec-tacular
Aces & 8's destroy EY and may have broke his ankles (guessing this is Young's exit, as his contract is expiring. Well at least we think it is as, we thought the same of Devon as well and we saw how that ended up)
Those who live without honor, end without honor.
AJ picks up the victory against Kazarian, as he tries to get out of the current funk that he's been in
Those who live without honor, end without honor.
Aries calls out Brooke
Hulk came out than Bully
Judging by the ending the way Hulk looked like he has a problem with both Aries & Bully
Those who live without honor, end without honor.
I wasn't impressed with Wes Brisco/Garrett Bischoff, but I was with Alex Silva/Sam Shaw. Then Jeff Hardy/Christian York tore the roof off, and AJ Styles/Kazarian kept things going.
Silva has a good grasp of his strikes, he punches the same style as The Million Dollar Man. If you can work on perfecting the basic strikes first, then at least your matches are building believability. I really liked this match because it wasn't necessarily about executing wrestling moves, it was about hurting your opponent with those moves to win the match. I get bored with some matches where wrestlers will pour out 85% of their move set for the sake of showing off and entertaining, yet they're losing sight of the match. The moves are supposed to hurt. Both Silva and Shaw hare improved greatly.
I wasn't expecting a 5 star match from Hardy/York, I wasn't expecting Hardy to be polished in his moves. The Twist of Fate and the Swanton Bomb looked crisp.
I'm glad Bully Ray/Austin Aries are having another feud. Their first rivalry ended quickly after their one ppv match. There are 2 possible scenarios that can come from this rivalry. Is Bully using Brooke? Will over protective Hogan let Aces & Eights take out Bully? Aries is in a favourable position to maintain his top heel spot (along with Bobby Roode).
