Default Moments That Gave You Chills

5:30 The Rock: "The Rock has one thing to say. You talk about headlining, main eventing WrestleMania after WrestleMania, after WrestleMania. Well Hulk Hogan, the Rock says, how do you feel about headlining one more WrestleMania with THE ROCK?!?!?!?"

    That part made me cry.

The moment when 'JERICHO' appears on the titantron, with the crowd going insane and Chris Jericho appearing with his trademark pose....gives me chills. Nothing beats this moment in pro wrestling IMO.

I remember, as soon as the name JERICHO appeared on the screen the crowd went mental. I felt that the crowd's reaction was evident that WCW had become a big entity in wrestling.

27:20 onwards: Hogan missing the leg drop, Warrior coming in with the big splash and gets the pin. The crowd goes crazy. Hogan goes outside, grabs the WWF Title, gets in the ring and hands it to the Warrior, the two hug and embrace. Hogan raises Warrior's arms, leaves the ring and exits through the ring trolly watching Warrior celebrate with fireworks. That was the first time I saw fireworks used by the WWF.

Gorilla Monsoon: "The Hulkster has just taken one giant step towards immortality"

I cried myself to sleep that night.

    .

Said from the heart by the great Gorilla! Even commentators today are given backstage prompts for comments to capture the big moments.
Its always better when its raw and said in the heat of the moment

Another great Jericho moment. Look at grown up men hugging each other out of joy in the crowd when Jericho wins! You don't see such crowd reactions anymore. I get goosebumps everytime I watch this video.

*chills* This is one of my favourite entrances ever! Davey Boy entering London's Wembley Stadium, welcomed by the thunderous cheers of his people as the music Rule Britannia accompanies him in that long walk to the ring.

    God Save the Queen!

For me it's got to be the Calagry Stampede In Your House pay per view. Even though they were heels , the pop that Brian Pilman, Jim Neidhart, Davey Boy Smith, Owen Hart and Bret Hart recieved when they walked out one by one to face their opponents , had to have been one of the biggest pops of all time in WWF/E. And when Owen pinned Austin , that was awesome. Definitely got chills at that PPV event.

Nothing can beat the energy for that match.

I do not know why exactly Rock returning to help Eugene gave me chills...maybe The Coach was such an awesome bully. Maybe Eugene was so good at drawing sympathy. Not totally sure, but this was awesome.

Good calls on the Canadian Stampede match and Triple H's big return. Both moments definitely gave me chills.

-Lawler finally winning a World Title when he beat Hennig gave me chills when I first watched it some 15 years after the fact. That whole angle/match was so great.
-Sabu finally confronts Taz at November To Remember 1996
-Ric Flair could easily have his own "chills" thread. All his retirement stuff. Flair vs. Vader at Starrcade 1993. Flair comes back to WWF in 2001. Flair wins the Rumble. The entrances alone for Flair vs. Funk at GAB 89. The Flair vs. Steamboat "Final Countdown" music video. All those moments gave me chills.
-When Owen Hart came back from a brief post-Montreal Screwjob hiatus and beat the tar of HBK at the DX PPV in 1997.
-First time I saw Al Snow's "head" entrance in ECW
-Foley wins the title. Foley retires (the 1st time). And to this day I can't watch Foley vs. Undertaker HIAC without getting chills.
-Speaking of Undertaker....His debut still does the trick. As does the finish of the HBK-Taker HIAC match with Kane's debut.
    The internet killed pro wrestling

When Jim Cornette announced the signing of a new talent, Kurt Angle. This jump came out of nowhere like a blind hook. Everyone thought that Angle was on leave from the WWE, then suddenly he shows up with the competition.

This was after it had been announced on video
00:14 the sweaty dudes hugging, they felt it

Like it or not, Chris Jericho was the first ever Undisputed Champion in history. What most wrestlers couldn't do in their whole careers, Jericho did it in under 45 minutes when he beat both The Rock and Austin for the title. I get goosebumps every time I hear Howard Finkel announce his name as the winner and the Undisputed Champion.

And accompanied by future Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Lennox Lewis!

I still think that the pop when Davey actually beats Bret for the 3 count and IC title.... the cameras immedialey zoom to the crowd is even more amazing.
This clip from YouTube is called 'Greatest Pop in Wrestling History'
It starts at the 26 second mark

The fact that babyface Bret Hart was booed throughout the match only goes to show the crowd love for Davey
