Bully being a little wiser, hungrier and sensible would probably out smart Buh Buh. Back then Buh Buh was very heavy and used his weight to zone in on his opponents and take his time hurting them. That's probably the difference right there, Buh Buh would want to hurt, Bully would want to win and then leave the ring after the match.

Agreed. Bully has become a legitimate top tier talent. He understands how to work a match and is much smarter. But the glasses with the tape on them should definitely make a comeback!!!

A nice little fight here.
Would love to see the two face off in a inter-time hardcore match.
Chances are Bubba would win the match since he is younger, faster, stronger.
However if they were to compete on the same brand for a while Bully would have the advantage and more chance for a title

I supposed Bully has the better character, which is hard to say as Bubba was a great character too. Bully is in great shape and besides the stupid Brooke Hogan storyline, he's had tremendous success. Bubba will always be more remembered by most fans but it doesn't mean that was his best character. Bully wins if the two somehow had a match.
