So we're looking at this from a purely kayfabe perspective and not who the better perform is or who we like more, correct?
Its January.... and many peoples favourite PPV show the Royal Rumble is on show at the end of the month.
I'll be running this new tournement in the interim with 16 wrestlers who won the Royal Rumble.
Sadly to make the tournement a divisble number (16) I have had to omit a few winners .... which include Bret/Luger (who were only co-winners) and some of the B-list names (to keep the A-list names).
The draw has been picked randomly (thanks to 2 Admins picking from a set of numbers (not wrestler names!) that I provided.
There will be 8 matches in Round 1 and a poll to pick your winner.
These polls will be open for 5 days.
The logic is simple..... use your rationale to pick a winner in these matchups. Its nothing to do with their performances in any given Rumble.... being a Rumble winner is merely a stipulation for taking part in this tournement.
Its a one on one match.... who wins? and why?
I've attached links below for the 1st Round matches:

Exactly.
Like the ones we've run in the past.
Would be intereesting to have your analysis Mr.T because your a veyr logical poster
Lets see who would I pick.
Lenar in match one, because one he is a tank, and two because orton had the help of his stable and wouldn't have it in the match. he would get beaten badly.
Sheamus in match two just because WWE book him powerful and beating a bigger opponent is one of the things he does.
Batista would win match three, purely for age and he has beat flair before.
Hogan in match four, do I even need to explain?
Undertaker would win match five, he has beat michaels before and even beat him to win his match. Logic would say he wins this one.
Steve Austin would win number 6 because he is stone cold and any match he is in would be a win to him.
The Rock would win the next match. this purely goes on what i have already seen between the two and The Rock won.
I have to say Rey in the last match. Trips was one of the people he eliminated and who doesn't love a good underdog story.
Theres my thoughts on these matches.
