Not just cause I vote against Hogan. While his Hulk up may have been impressive Rock's underhanded ability in 2000 for me at least was more powerful. The Vitamins and the prayers were not enough to stop the people or The PEOPLE'S CHAMPION!

Double winner Hulk Hogan from the early 90s tackles the 2000 version of the Rock
Though Rock got the upper hand in high profile matches from 2002-2003, how would he fare against a prime Hulk Hogan??

Hogan for me.
In 2002/2003 Rock was facing a past his prime Hogan who wasn't far off 50.
The Hogan who won these early 90s Rumbles was age 36/37. Still in his prime.
It would still be a very tough contest as Rock can more than hold his own.... but even though Hogan stuck to the basics wrestling wise..... what he did was incredibly effective. Hogan dominates the early exchanges... but Rock has a 2nd wind and starts to get back into the match with some classic brawling.
Hogan kicks out and no sells the Rock Bottom .... and not one... not two... but three Legrops of Doom! finally finish Rocky off

This is the era where Hogan simply doesn't lose, yes it the Rock but I think in a different era it wouldbe a different result
