    OWW Tournaments Royal Rumble Official Discussion Thread

    ===========================================

    The two youngest Royal Rumble winners pair up! (Yokozuna was just 26 when he won the 1993 Rumble... a record that stuck untill the 25 year old Brock Lesnar broke the record!)

    Face off in a one on one match
    Who wins and why?

    Yokozuna has my card for this one, he was a giant mass of a man, he had strength and power and was the youngest winner till BL. But Yokozuna outlasted BL in time within WWE. BL came up trumps and impact was BL, but he was not able to hold it for any consecutive length...where Yoko last longer that BL ever did........at the top.

    This is a hard one. Youth in each. Rookie rumbles on the same front. I like Yoko more than Brock. But Brock was easily as well rounded. I can not decide Banzi Vs. F5. I must to the coin!

    BANZAI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yeah, I don't see how Brock could get Yoko up for the F5. He has the strength sure, but that stomach would make it hard to lock in from the get go.

    I agree. Brock would put up a heck of a fight in my opinion, but I think that Yoko's size would be too much of an obstacle. Banzai for the win!!! My pick is Yokozuna!!

    Brock would pick up Yoko for the F5, then Brock would fall face first with his legs still up in the air similar to how he fell to the mat when attempting the shooting star press at WrestleMania 19.

    Brock managed to bulldoze his way through Undertaker, Rock and Hogan because they were unfamiliar with this juggernaught and in a way respected him. Yoko was patient in the ring, the only time you saw fear in his eyes was when Undertaker began playing mind games with him. Other than that, Yoko was reserved, you couldn't read his thoughts therefore wrestlers were not prepared for his incredible signature moves. Patience over Unchanneled strength. Yoko for the win.

    I'm gonna follow the same logic as the previous round.
    Even though Yoko was the victor... I did vote for Sheamus (but only just!) .... however Brock is an even more formidable power machine than Sheamus is.

    I can easily see Yoko overwhelming smaller wrestlers.... but a big powerhouse like Brock could withstand the early onslaught... and when Yoko runs out of gas (definately by the 10 minute mark) .... Brock can take things over and Yoko doesn't have the same resistance.
    As soon as Brock knocks Yoko off hos feet... an exhasuted Yoko is like a Turtle on its back... struggling to get back up

    I think Power and aggression will not work on someone the size of Yoko, It not like you can pick up Yoko and throw his around. Brock has only one gear and that full ahead, except that doesn't work against Yoko
