Default TNA Drops Lawsuit Against WWE

Basically states that both sides have agreed to withdraw from the lawsuit so it's officially over. If no settlement was reached, I'm surprised it ended so quickly.

They learned from having any of their talent crossing over to the WWE ie Morgan, Devon, Velvet. Not exactly a victory, but a good strategy. Although I really hope WWE one day get their hands on Joe. Joe could've made all the difference in the Shield.

Compared to a waste of the last 6 years, a change of environment would be needed.

Change of enviroment nothing, TNA just needs to push him instead of Hardy, Angle, Anderson, and RVD.

They could, but they haven't and they won't. Besides there's just too much ugliness done to Joe since 2006. He's damaged goods in TNA.
