WWE's TLC PPV in December 2012 drew an estimated total of 170,000 PPV buys, according to WWE's monthly business figures released Tuesday. An official total will be released in the next quarterly earnings report.

The preliminary figure is down slightly from 179,000 buys for TLC 2011.

So no Punk on the show and the number is down, yet two months earlier at Hell in a Cell, there was no Cena on the show with Punk in the main event and the number went up. Make of that what you will, but it's certainly a feather in the cap of CM Punk.
