I think there's a bigger issue here also. An issue that hits home with a lot of people especially MADD. Mothers Against Drunk Driving the watch dog group that is sorta like Gloria Alldred, they feed on stories like this waiting for outcomes that aren't favorable to their outcome. Reality is Swagger was drunk driving according to the arresting officer scum. And in my opinion if that is true he put lives in danger and he deserves to be fired and moreover behind bars for attempted murder, PERIOD, and I like Swagger

Just looking at the information of the original post, it doesn't mention alcohol; simply a DUI. That also includes pot, which he had in his car. I'm assuming that's the influence he was under.

You know what would be funny. If the Cop was a WWE fan and planted the Weed, lied about his seeming under the influence all to stop Swagger's push.
