SPRING HILL, Tenn. -

Kolby Koloff is quick to tell you the only thing more difficult than being a preacher is being a preacher’s kid.

The 16-year-old Spring Hill resident has not one, but two parents in ministry.

“Being a preacher’s daughter is difficult and it’s good at the same time. People tend to view you as the actual pastor,” Koloff told Nashville’s News 2.

Koloff and her family are featured in a new series called “Preachers’ Daughters” that will begin airing on Lifetime next month.

According to producers, the docu-series follows three families for a behind-the-altar look at what happens at home after the sermon concludes.

“We’re very open with each other. We talk about anything and everything and we never hold back,” said Koloff. “We talk about sex, family, divorce, challenges that every family deals with, church, dating and boys.”

The series also shows how Koloff deals with temptations of adolescence while following her family’s Christian beliefs.

Koloff receives guidance and advice from her three older sisters, Teryn, Tawni and Kendra.
